The Macintosh launcher does nothing.

No output at all.

Mac fix incoming! Will upload in 15. Let you know.

Remember this particular build is a bit weird, since it's accidently the melee test release for q. We'll get either a proper q version or an r version soon, whichever comes first.

(still a bit to do on r however)

I don't exactly know how to open a specific application's console file if a .log file is not included.

No, he means "Console"
Look up Console in Finder

Everything installed fine, the game runs great. Only minor hiccup was that the "shortcut" boxes do nothing when checked. I had to manually create shortcuts...

What is this, Soviet Russia?

Quick question: Why dont you improve on Wookoouk launcher's version? It worked perfectly fine for me with all the option before launching the game, plus auto-updates. It was really well done, imo.

That's the plan. Obviously downloading in the launcher itself would be ideal all around but we still want to provide direct downloads and since the batches were horrible and didn't work at all on other platforms this needed improving. And if these work good then a) it gives breathing room to develop the launcher further to get rid of some of the current issues and b) means that even on the installer version we'll likely have the launcher for selecting options etc.

Perhaps even embedded in the game code.

In short - The launcher is clearly the most ideal option in the long run.

I know this is off topic, but could you or do you plan on releasing the sound track for this game on iTunes? You could make some extra cash in theory, but I know nothing about releasing music on iTunes so it might not even be worth it.

Ok I have an issue. I downloaded the zipped thingo and extracted it all to a folder. I then tried to run all the different versions of the game (low, HD, fullscreen Low ECT.) and they all said stuff like the system cannot find the path specified and other crap? what am I meant to do now. 0.1.5 works for me fine, but all these test versions fail on me?
